Purpose and availability
The DaisyQ Design YouTube Assistant is a private, owner-operated tool for internal analysis of the DaisyQ Design YouTube channel and preparation of draft comment replies. It is not a public application or a service offered to third-party users.
Authorized use
The tool may be authorized only by the owner or an authorized manager of the relevant DaisyQ Design Google and YouTube account. It must not be used to access another person’s account or data without permission.
Read-only operation
The current integration uses read-only YouTube access. Analysis and draft replies are provided for review and may contain errors. A draft is not a published YouTube reply, and no content is posted automatically by this tool.
Compliance
Use of the assistant must comply with applicable law, the Google API Services User Data Policy, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the terms that apply to the connected Google and YouTube accounts.
No warranty
The assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for the owner’s internal use. Continuous availability, uninterrupted API access, and complete accuracy of analytics or generated drafts are not guaranteed.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DaisyQ Design is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on generated analysis, API availability, or draft text. The channel owner remains responsible for reviewing any content before it is used or published.
Ending use
The owner may stop using the assistant at any time, revoke Google account access, and delete locally stored OAuth tokens and generated materials.
